Climbing Coaching

1.5 hr Assessment Session

Coaching PLans can be scary, which Is why we offer them in 6, 9, or 12 week blocs. They are completely personal and fully tailored to you. This means that they’re designed to fit around your life, other hobbies and sports, your cycle, injuries, and anything else you can think of! They include an in-person session every 3 weeks, but we’re also always availble by email.

Coaching Plans

Unsure where to start? No problem at all, the best thing to do, is to book a 1.5hr assessment session! Don’t be daunted by the name, all this means is that you’ll get a comprehensive session covering a range of wall angles and styles of climbing. After the session we will provide you with a write-up and some suggestions moving forwards. You can then decide if you want to invest in a longer coaching plan!

Specific Technique Sessions

Got a project climb that you’re working on? Noticing a specific weakness when heel-hooking or using slopers? Perhaps dynamic movement just isn’t your jam?

If you don’t want to commit to a whole coaching plan, but are looking to brush up on a specific technique that’s causing you problems, this is the option for you. We still ask that you fill out the enquiry form, so that we can have a fully rounded view of you as a climber, but the session will be fully tailored to the technique you want.
